Non-Disclosure Agreement

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") applies to anyone who uses a ThreatPulse team key or otherwise accesses non-public features of ThreatPulse ("Recipient"). By using those features, Recipient agrees to these terms with Sellgorithm, Inc. ("Company").

1. Confidential information

"Confidential Information" means anything not publicly available that is accessed through ThreatPulse, including licensed intelligence sources, team triage notes and status, team keys, unreleased features, and any non-public business or technical information about the Company or its brands.

2. Obligations

3. Exclusions

These obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of Recipient, was already lawfully known to Recipient, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law (with prompt notice to the Company where permitted).

4. Licensed sources

Some intelligence is provided under third-party licenses that forbid redistribution. Recipient must follow those restrictions in addition to this Agreement.

5. Term

Obligations last while Recipient has access and for two (2) years afterwards, or longer for any information the law treats as a trade secret.

6. Remedies

Unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm, and the Company may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy. Access may be revoked at any time.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Collin County, Texas.
